<p>For a man this is ridiculous, for a woman this is a bit much. You should up your calorie intake just a bit, because with all the workouts, you&#8217;ll overexert yourself. I don&#8217;t know the pounds weight thing, because I&#8217;m a metric girly, but it sounds like you&#8217;re doing a bit much without the need to actually lose weight?<br />
I don&#8217;t work out currently, eat 1800-1900 kcals a day and am slowly but steadily losing weight. No rush means no yo-yo.<br />
Please take care, try something easier first and if it doesn&#8217;t show results in a month, increase the intensity. You have all the time in the world &#8211; you won&#8217;t die without a perfect bikini body, but you might die if you develop anorexia. Maybe you could ask your physician  to look over your schedule for you? He or she can probably help you create the safest one. You&#8217;re young, still growing probably, and growth needs calories too. Please be careful!<br />

<p>Twenty years or so ago beer and other alcoholic drinks were generally considered unhealthy. This hasn&rsquo;t always been the case. </p>
<p>Historically beer was seen as beneficial and rightly so because it was often more sanitary than local water supplies. The water used to make beer was boiled early on in the brewing process which killed any pathogens. The alcohol produced during fermentation and the addition of hops helped to preserve it. Until modern civic water treatment plants became common beer was often the only source of sanitary hydration.</p>
<p>Beer glass There was a time when no food was too fancy for beer. Then along came ostrich meat.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a new ballgame out there in the food world, with access to meats, fruits and vegetables that a few years ago we could never enjoy without the aid of a plane ticket. The upscaling of the American palate has been going full tilt ever since that first clog-wearing chef daringly put a sundried tomato next to a pile of cous cous on a dinner plate somewhere deep in the foothills of northern California. And whatever upscaling has happened to food in the last ten years has happened to beer in just the blink of an eye.</p>
<p>So how can you take advantage of all this upscaling? First of all, you have to realize that beer is just as serious an element in today&#8217;s gastronomy as, say mushrooms or sherry. Gone are the days when you could, with any seriousness, say, &#8220;&#8221;this dish goes well with beer. &#8220;&#8221; There are simply too many choices available today to pretend that &#8220;&#8221;beer&#8221;" represents a single flavor.</p>
<p>Beer TapSecond, you must impress this fact upon your servers and other employees. Many folks still gloss over their beer list as if it merely represented the same flavor in fourteen different bottles. You would expect a server to know the difference between a chardonnay and a merlot, why not between a pilsner and an India Pale Ale? And to make things worse, plenty of servers still think that beer is somehow the chump&#8217;s choice at dinner. An attitude like that can lead to a lost sale or a lost customer &#8212; which can hurt your profits.</p>
<p>Third, you must match your selection to your clientele and food. Just as there&#8217;s no point in trying to sell high-end beer in a corner tappie, there&#8217;s no strategy to limiting your beer selection to the usual industrially-brewed stuff in an upscale context. Good food deserves good beer. And if you think you can compete today without a little attention in this department, then you&#8217;re missing the boat.</p>
<p>Just as everybody had to get over the information hump when products like gaszpacho, orange roughie, broccoli rabe and hummous came on the scene, we have a similar hump to get over in the beer world before we can sell beer effectively. Already you can see it starting to happen in Philadelphia: people are beginning to understand that beers are separated into ale and lager, not light and dark; and that there&#8217;s more money to be made by selling a Duvel at $5.00 than a Rolling Rock at $2.50. We all want to give our customers something special at our establishment &#8212; whether it&#8217;s decor, service, concept, or food. Why not apply that standard to the beer list, as well?</p>
<p>Beer KegBalance your list by offering a variety of styles, as you would with your wine or liquor list. You offer salads, meats, fowl, and pasta for the different tastes and moods of your customers. Offer them pale ales, fruit beers, wheat beers and stouts for the same reasons. Try taking advantage of the array of beers available in 220z. or 750ml. bottles, which gives parties the opportunity to share, making for a more social and memorable dining experience. And give your customers the same quality of beer choices as you give them with your food.</p>
<p>The decision is yours, so why not give a few new beers a try &#8212; given the low cost of even the world&#8217;s finest beers, isn&#8217;t it worth taking a chance on something special? </p>

<p>2 &frac12; cups fresh winter squash, cut into &frac12; inch slices</p>
<p>1 &frac12; cups cooking apples, pared and cut into &frac12; inch slices</p>
<p>1-teaspoon nutmeg</p>
<p>2 teaspoons cinnamon</p>
<p>Alternate layers of squash and apples in an 8&#8243;x 8&#8243; pan, ending with apples on top layer. Sprinkle spices over top layer. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in 350 degree F oven for approximately 45-60 minutes until squash is tender. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes to remove any excess liquid that might have accumulated. Cool slightly before serving.</p>
<p>SERVES: 4.</p>
<p>&nbsp;CHOP SUEY</p>
<p>2 cups Elbow macaroni. <br />1/2 pound hamburger. <br />1 (10 oz) can stewed tomatoes.</p>
<p>Cook macaroni as directed on package.</p>
<p>While it is cooking, brown and drain the hamburger.</p>
<p>Drain macaroni.</p>
<p>Mix macaroni, hamburger and stewed tomatoes in large pot and heat through.&nbsp; Serve.</p>
<p>PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE</p>
<p>1 can (14 oz/398 ML) sliced pineapple in juice&nbsp;</p>
<p>2 cups (500 ML) plain yogurt&nbsp;</p>
<p>1/2-cup (125 ML) skim milk powder&nbsp;</p>
<p>1/2 cup (125 ML) ice cubes</p>
<p>In blender, pineapple and juice, yogurt, skim milk powder, honey, and ice until smooth.</p>

<p>2 quarts club soda</p>

<p>The rich culture of South East Asia lies at the tastiest food in the world. Once known as the land of the spices, the food of the Thais, Filipinos, Vietnamese, and Indonesians are among the most famous exotic creations. Much of the identity of South East Asia lies on the different food that come from unique, yet common backgrounds following the influences of Indian, Chinese, and the European colonizers along with the local flavor.</p>
<p>The food has both common and binding ingredients. These include coconut milk, lemon grass, sugar, basil, fish paste, and chili. To an outsider&#8217;s taste buds, this food is described as spicy, tangy and sweet, all mixing together to present a unique taste. Curry, which is an Indian food, has evolved to be a staple dish in South East Asia.</p>
<p>Thai food is the most popular cuisine coming from South East Asia. It takes in five different flavors from the different regions in its traditional kingdoms which are sour, salty, sweet, spicy, and bitter. The famous southern curries are traditional Indian adaptations that have local ingredients like coconut milk. Thai food uses generous servings of fresh spices and fish sauces. Like any other Asian country, rice is the staple food of the Thais. If you travel to Thailand, you will encounter a very unique experience in tasting the different variety of Thai food. The most famous dishes are Pad Thai, and Red Na.</p>
<p>Filipino food meanwhile offers a range of different flavors all scrambled together to present a bulk taste. It is the most unique among South East Asians because it took more foreign influences from their colonizers as compared to their neighbors. As an example, it has more meat than Thai food or Vietnamese food. It also has fewer spices. Instead they use the taste of the meat just like the Spanish and the Americans. Filipino food as compared to South East Asian food is roasted more just like the Western style. This makes Filipino food a popular choice among American and Western tourists.</p>
<p>Like other South East Asia cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine follows the tradition of the Indians and Chinese. It uses a lot of soy sauce and fish sauce, which is both an Indian and Chinese influence. Religion plays a large part on Vietnamese cooking as most dishes are vegetarian as compared to Filipino foods which are very meaty.</p>
<p>Vietnamese food follows the spicy and sweet taste and like any other South East Asian country, rice is the popular choice. Vietnamese cuisine is also known for their rich soup concoctions. These soups along with the countless dishes are very popular in North America, France, and Russia.</p>

I know that most places have greens, but they usually are cooked with bacon, etc. Some healthy options would be nice.</p>

<p>Many indians are vegetraians, and coffee and chai(tea) and dahi(yogurt) are a stable part of our diets..so unless the guest is vegan, you should be fine adding cheese in.  BTW, indian coffee and chai center around milk(instead of water as in most of the rest of the world).</p>
