Does anyone have a really good recipie for cooking fish?

We caught a thresher shark yesterday and I’m trying to find a new sauce to make it with, either for BBQ, skillet, or oven. A surprize for my wife, to show that I can cook! LOL

Whatever you do keep it moist. I advice keeping it completely covered in a marinade while it cooks. Italian dressing is an easy one. Butter and olive oil each add a good flavor but calories. Onions, peppers and garlic add taste. So, combine your ingredients but keep it covered in the sauce so that there are no tough edges.

My suggestion is some fresh rosemary, garlic, butter and italian dressing. More butter for a richer flavor but more calories. You can’t go wrong with these ingredients.

In this day and age, most of us are searching for ways to simplify our lives, including making mealtimes easier to deal with and enjoyable for all in the family. It’s gotten to the point where many people have turned to frozen foodstuffs in order to save time and energy! I don’t know about you, but for me the mere thought of keeping a stock of frozen items, checking to see which ones are still fit to be used, all while planning 3 square meals is disturbing!
